Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PRIME SCALE SOLUTIONS SRL ("Harvest Mate", "we", "us") governing your use of the Harvest Mate platform (app.harvest-mate.com) and marketing website (harvest-mate.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Harvest Mate is a farm management platform that allows you to record and analyse field operations, inventory, equipment, costs and revenues. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier, as described on our pricing page. We may modify, add or remove features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at contact@harvest-mate.com.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice before the next renewal. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
5. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged for the first annual subscription period. The Free plan (up to 10 ha, no expiry) is available without a payment method.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate applicable law, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to upload or transmit malicious code, or to resell or sublicense access to the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these restrictions.
7. Your Data
Your farm data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your farm data or use it for purposes unrelated to the service. You may export your data at any time and request account deletion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Harvest Mate platform — including its code, design and branding — is owned by PRIME SCALE SOLUTIONS SRL. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription. You retain full ownership of the data you enter.
9. Limitation of Liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or as required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you hold an account. You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for Covasna county, Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
