Who we are

I grew up around farms and watched the same problem repeat every year. Even experienced farm managers struggled to say, at the end of a season, whether the operation had truly been profitable, which fields had carried the year and which had quietly drained it. Most tracked their costs, inputs and yields on paper or across scattered spreadsheets. Those records hold up for a while, but as the farm grows they become hard to maintain and almost impossible to oversee. Planning the next season turns into estimation rather than informed decision making.

Harvest Mate is the platform I wish those farmers had. One place where every parcel, every operation, every invoice and every harvest flows together into a clear cost and revenue per hectare. We pair it with multispectral satellite imagery, so you can see in real time whether what you are doing on the ground is actually working, often weeks before the crop itself tells you.

This is a long journey, and I am not building it alone. From planning and monitoring to analytics and reporting, my goal is to cover every aspect of running a modern farm, with as many useful features as we can ship.
