Harvest Mate ("we", "us") is operated by Prime Scale Solutions, based in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania. This policy explains what data we process when you visit harvest-mate.com, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 2. Data We Collect
We only process data you actively provide or that is generated by standard web traffic. The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, optional farm size, subject and message — we receive these so we can reply to your inquiry. If you accept analytics cookies, our analytics provider processes standard event data such as anonymized IP address, page views, browser type and approximate location. Beyond these, we do not collect personal information about visitors.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of strictly necessary browser-storage entries — your language preference and your cookie-consent choice — which are not used for tracking. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager) are loaded only after you choose "Accept all" in the consent banner. Choosing "Reject all" blocks them entirely, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

We rely on a small number of third-party processors. Resend (resend.com) delivers messages submitted through our contact form. Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, processes analytics events — only after you grant consent. Cloudinary (cloudinary.com) serves the images on this site; image requests include standard server-log data such as IP and user agent. All three are major providers operating in compliance with EU data protection law.
