Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is permanently available at no cost. No payment is required and there is nothing to cancel.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans (Individual, Company, Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method must be provided at sign-up. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing in your account, or by emailing contact@harvest-mate.com. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a prepaid period.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in section 5 (EU right of withdrawal) and section 6 (billing errors). All plans are billed annually.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal — Annual Plans

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchase an annual subscription, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the transaction date without giving a reason, provided you have not materially used the service during that period (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented by OG 130/2000 in Romania). To exercise this right, contact us at contact@harvest-mate.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

6. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, contact us at contact@harvest-mate.com within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund.

7. How to Cancel

Log in to your account and go to Settings → Billing, or email contact@harvest-mate.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The Free plan does not require cancellation.
